The official guide will give you more information on what the campaign is all about, as well as giving you more hints and tip son how to be involved. ‘Smileathons’: Why don’t you get your hands on one of Smiles on a stick this year and get everyone smiling together?  They are educational too, with the three key messages for great oral health on the back:

      Brush your teeth for two minutes twice a day with a fluoride toothpaste

      Cut down on how often you have sugary foods and drinks

      Visit your dentist regularly, as often as they recommend

Upload your pictures: Do you have your own smiley? Are you doing something fantastic for the campaign? Or do you just want to show us something funny? Submit your pictures to our Facebook page and we will then upload them into our image gallery!
